Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before Collection/Delivery:
A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance.

Cancellations Made 3-6 Days Before Collection/Delivery:
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe, as some preparation may have already begun.

Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Days Before Collection/Delivery:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 3 days in advance, as the order will likely be in progress.

How to Cancel Your Order:
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone or text us in instagram. Include your order number and the date of collection/delivery for faster processing.

Collections Or Postage Only
You can choose a collection for free or £5 postage (delivery) option .Unfortunately we are not able to provide delivery ourselves but we can post them nation wide.

Simply choose your preferred date from the slection provided in the listing, when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accomodate your date.

Postage:
We will aim to post them earlier for them to reach the recipient between just before or on valentines day.
